A substantial part of the Citizenship and Social Development Curriculum (CS curriculum) is related to the situation and development of our country. ASJ (Dongguan) organised a field trip to the Dongguan Second People"s Court for our G10 CS curriculum students. This trip enabled students to gain a first-hand understanding of our country"s legal system and its latest development through experiential learning.
與我國國情和發展有關的學習內容是公民與社會發展科（簡稱“公民科”）的一個重要部分，由于實地考察活動有助于確保學生對課題的準確理解，我校于上周組織G10公民科學生前往東莞市第二人民法院參加由東莞市臺港澳事務局聯同東莞市中級人民法院開展的“法潤灣區，同心向未來”臺港澳青年學生走進法院活動。該活動讓學生通過體驗式學習對我國的法律制度及其最新發展有了直接的了解。
The students were guided by the judge to visit the court"s Litigation Service hall, the Litigation and Mediation Centre and the Family Court to learn about the basic process of filing, mediation and trial. In addition, the students also went into the First Courtroom to observe the trial of a housing lease contract case to experience the dignity of the law anddeepen their understanding of the process of court cases.
同學們在法官的引導下先后參觀了法院的訴訟服務大廳、訴調對接中心以及家事審判庭，了解了法院立案、調解、審判的基本流程。不僅如此，學生們還進入了第一審判庭旁聽了一宗房屋租賃合同案件的庭審，“零距離”感受司法威嚴，進一步加深了對法院案件審理流程的認識。
At the end of the visit, the students interviewed the judge, asking many questions about the trial they observed. This visit not only deepened the students" understanding and knowledge of the law but also enhance their appreciation of the Chinese legal system, fostering their sense of national identity.
在參觀結束時，學生們向法官詢問了許多們在庭審中觀察到的問題并得到相應解答。這次學習不僅加深了學生們對法律的認識，而且增強了他們對中國法律制度的理解，培養了他們的民族認同感。
